Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at this charming hotel, I experienced a delightful culinary journey. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring an impressive selection of Italian pastries that reminded me of the quaint cafés I often seek in Poland's medieval towns. The coffee was robust, making it a respectable start to my day. I made the short walk to the nearby Ristorante Bagni di Sole for dinner, where the ambiance was merged with a sense of history that I appreciate so much as a history professor. I sampled local dishes that were thoughtfully prepared, showcasing both innovation and tradition. Despite a slightly dated décor, it felt warm and inviting, reminiscent of traditional establishments in England. The staff were genuinely friendly and offered insights into the local culinary scene, elevating my experience further. This balance of comfort, culinary marvels, and a close proximity to the beach adds to the charm, making it a worthwhile destination for food enthusiasts like myself, who seek both taste and history in their travels.
